Pros

Good Pay and good benefits.

Cons

Extremely long hours, even for retail. If you have a family I would not recommend this job as they expect you to be on call 24/7 no matter what.

HomeGoods Happy!

Pros

It's a really clean place to work in for retail. The customers are really happy to be there. They give away gift cards to employees every week, and have catered meals on holidays. The managers are really good about scheduling around school schedules.

Cons

The pay is really low. Everybody starts at minimum wage, which makes it hard to live. There are a lot of rules, especially if you work register. You can get written up if your manager doesn't have time to sign something you told them to sign.
