Flexible hours. Wonderful, but scatterbrained, management. Vigilant about everyone's lives away from store when scheduling. Very understanding of medical needs

Cons

They pride themselves on (un)organized chaos. Pay. Hard workers don't receive recognition, actually got discouraged from doing more than basics.

It's very laid back and the people are nice.

Cons

Pay sucks and you have to fight for your hours. There is no benefits if your working part-time and you can't get overtime.
