Pros

Great colleagues, benefits include the usual offerings plus on site daycare (corporate office) as well as gym and cafeteria. Bonus plan is great but not all positions qualify. Corporate office has quick access to highways. Buyers travel frequently.

Cons

Not many opportunities to move into job not in career path you originally choose. For those that don't like to travel a career path in buying is not a good match.

Pros

incentives, good benifits( providing you're a full-time employee), great work environment. Never a dull moment. You get to express your ( inner interrior designer) through displays and with our great customers.

Cons

Low hourly wages and raises. They need to schedule extra cashiers during peek hours so coordinators can spend quality time with the customer out on the floor and work out their tanks ( merchandise).
