Pros

You're always busy from the time you clock in. Co workers are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

No time to clean the store, all they care about is selling the product. They don't schedule enough people to get the job done, so they are constantly asking people to stay late. Leadership skills are nonexistent.

Loved the people that I worked with and the moral among the other associates. This job provided a great gateway for me through high school to expand my professionalism and grow and a person.

Little room to grow within the store. In addition, it is still retail....

Relatively easy work, and really nice coworkers who want to see you succeed.

Cons

The fluorescent lights..oof! If you're not into lifting things and the possibility of large glass objects breaking at any time, I wouldn't recommend. Scheduling sucks if you're new. They seem to hire a lot from within the company so there's a chance to move up at most levels.
