Pros

Pay is better than most, benefits are above average and culture is heavily focused on with being welcomed, valued and engaged.

Cons

Need to be shift flexible, but good shifts, none of which are more than 4 days per week.

Pros

The job was fairly easy once you got used to it. I enjoyed working on my own in lay up and getting to master efficient practices. I liked the work schedule four days work three days off. Benefits were pretty good with plenty of available time off. The union was there to support the workers.

Cons

At times there was too much mandatory overtime. Sometimes the job could be disorganized or unpredictable. I liked my lay up job but often employees get sent to other departments to pick up slack which I wasn't a fan of.
