Pros

Great part time job for college students. Was very flexible and able to work around my schedule. Friendly work environment, loved all my coworkers. The 10% discount was nice too - can be used at Marshals and TJMaxx too

Cons

I hated asking people if they wanted a TJX Rewards Card. I felt bad pushing a subpar credit card upon them, although many people were crazy enough to get one.

You get to see what comes out before the public, some of the other employees are great to work with, great place to be creative, great way to get retail experience, they work with you 95% of the time, tattoos, piercing and colored hair are okay which is cool

Cons

work to hard for minimal pay and hours, don't feel appreciated for the hard work you do, the schedules are done once a week not every two weeks, they don't show you what they want they just expect you to understand,
