      HomeGoods is a friendly and active environment. Everything is simple and well thought out. A fun place to work, overall!

      Pros

      All the employees are extremely friendly, as well as the customers. You'll always hear compliments of the merchandise, and how well the displays are. Overall a very fun place to work.

      Cons

      When put in a leadership position, it can be challenging to complete all the tasks at hand. Also, there is a ton of heavy lifting that takes place everyday.

      Easy work Basic retail experience If you just need a little cash while working minimum hours, this could be the place for you.

      Only minimum wage If you don't like retail, then obviously it's not a place for you

      Pros

      It was my first retail job, so I was not expecting much from it. It wasn't bad for a summer job. Both of my managers were nice.

      Cons

      With that being said, I can not imagine actually working here full time. The discount is a joke. It was not really a fun environment because my coworkers were a lot older than me. My location was always understaffed
