Best work life balance I have ever experienced in my 25 years of retail management. Executives at all levels of the organization are approachable and interactive. Store visits are focused on what we need at store level. There is a healthy push for results that keeps the company viable and financially healthy. I feel I am fairly compensated.

Cons

The biggest con is that I didn't find this company earlier in my career.

Great manager, great merchandise really fun atmosphere. Fun fun fun job. Time flies. Constantly changing merchandise keeps you very interested.

Cons

don't really know what to add here. I love love love my job. Would love to move up within the company.
