Not too hard, ?. It seems the store I work in they are fairly accommodating when requesting time off as long as you put it in when its something like two week) . %10 ( I know its not much..but at least it something) If you want more hours, ask them and let them know.

Cons

If you change your availability to smaller window, they may give you less hours.

Relaxing enironment and ability to work close with customers. It also provides a flexible schedule that allows one to effectively manage its life.

Cons

There is no opportunity to grow and gain promotion if you are a part time employee. Overall, management is not satisfying since it has many flaws
