Pros

They try to work with you and your availability. Management is friendly and want to help you succeed within the company. Home goods wants to hear from their employees to work with them to improve relations between customer, employee and management .

Cons

Hours are not always available. Employee discount could be better. It is a retail environment so days can be very busy with stocking, customer service and cleaning.

Nice customers, Good locations, Free parking, paid 12 hr for PT after first year.

Cons

Out of date technology and systems; very cheap company. You have to wear an apron
