Pros

The team here is mostly kind and dedicated to their work, especially in providing good customer service. Health insurance for full-time workers and 10% off employee discount. (Occasional weekends, 20%)

Cons

Though there have been recent hires for the holidays to balance the work, others, especially the coordinators, wear many hats. Compensation for amount of work done could be higher. Training can be very sporadic.

Cons

Store Manager is homophobic, racist, demeaning, just a hateful person. 3/4ths of the people that started with the store, have left due to this person.
