Pros

Depending on where you work you the perks may vary. Most management are nice and and well rounded, however others are only there because a piece of paper says they qualify for the position.

Cons

Terrible hours, few breaks, all company policies are in place to cover their own behinds. they will schedule you for early hours and ask that you stay late and on the off chance that you say no they WILL reduce your hours for the next week no matter who you are or how well you do.

Pros

The customer service manager job is super easy and very low stress with good pay considering.

Cons

The major con is that corporate does absolutely nothing about anything at the store level.
