Pros

They do a lot for the employees, make sure theyre treated great and fairly. Lots of different benefits available besides insurance. They stay closed during certain holidays and have very flexible scheduling. LOTS of internal promotions.

Retail pay is retail pay. They ask a lot from you and hold you to strict standards
