Pros

As a student, they were able to accommodate my school schedule. This is a decent place to work if you can only work a few hours a week.

Cons

There are no consistent standards unless you get a manager who cares about their work. If you want to work more hours, this is not the place for you. Pay is not contingent with your work ethic. Coordinators are overworked for hardly any pay. They are sometimes expected to work more and accomplish more than the managers. Management can be lax. They can get away with doing minimal tasks.
