Pros

Open door policy, great benefits, co-workers who sincerely want to do a good job.

Cons

Hourly pay is abysmal, and the yearly merit increase is a joke. The store is not given enough payroll to properly staff a shift, so we are spread too thin. If corporate would invest even a few hundred dollars more into payroll, it would translate into thousands of dollars in extra sales. I look at filled shopping carts abandoned by customers who don't wish to wait in line, and think, hmmm, that $200 would pay for a couple of cashiers.

Pros

Overall a nice place to work.

Cons

They wouldn't give anyone who wasn't full time more than 25-30 hours a week, which was frustrating when I wanted to work more. Management also was pretty pushy at this store about offering credit cards to customers.
