Pros

There were no pros that I can think of for this job. Management was awful their whole system didn't even work.

Cons

Awful management, management made entire staff quit with one speech. Unrealistic expectations when building furniture, management didn't even know what they were doing and therefor we could not do our jobs correctly. There was one manager there that was nice but still kinda iffy.

Pros

Air conditioning in the summer is a plus. The building is new and clean.

Cons

Minimum 10-11 hour days. Watched over more closely than hourly associates. Must take breaks with hourly associates. Poor leadership. Not everyone, but the upper management is rude, the AGM is a bit better, but crosses the line often. HR covers up the upper level managements mistakes. The AOMs are the only people with any common sense at all, but they are hand puppets. Not all the facilities are this way, it's just this one.

Pros

you get paid weekly. If you work as cashier you get good hours and the job is somewhat easy going.

Cons

poor benefits, constantly changing schedule. hours can fluctuate dramatically with little to no communication. Processing is a mess and is understaffed. with processing they have a goal of getting the most work done as possible with the fewest employee's while giving the least amount of hours.....which is a great business strategy.....but terrible for employees. you wont like working somewhere where you have to give 110% for 4hr's and little compensation. some people would literally get up to go to work for 3 hours. depending on who's managing it may or may not be worth it. there is no job security, while I was working there for almost 2 years almost the whole entire staff had been replaced atleast 7-8 times.
