Pros

The ever changing product and inventory coming in weekly makes it a fun challenge for a merch manager who likes flexing departments based on inventory. The salaried pay and bonuses were relatively good. Medical insurance was with BCBS and offered very low premiums for PPO.

Cons

The business structure itself is choking its potential. The low pay offered to hourly associates leaves the company in constant turnover crisis. Inconsistent receiving of trucks makes it next to impossible to stay ahead of the next shipment. ie: trucks not showing up till 2-3 days passed its expected delivery
