      Aaah none!! no ice machines for crews for the day nor water for crews you think they hand out ice coolers place sucks

      Cons

      Everything from hr which clueless to making people feel fear all the time. workers don't stop for there breaks and work like animal's and buy water for crews and ice machines if you don't want guys to drop at work

      Pros

      Hard working individuals who are dedicated to the success of the company. Company looks for continuous improvement and safety is the most important thing there.

      Cons

      Some times the reactions to policy violations can be too harsh and there is no room for error. Company merge is also causing a lot of anxiety amongst employees.

      Pros

      Health and Safety culture that puts people first, Plenty of opportunities to progress and develop, Good holiday and benefits packages, great pension scheme.

      Cons

      The average salary in most operational roles tends to be at the lower end of the industry average however other benefits and the flexibility of Aggregate Industries that allows for improved work/life balance compensates for this.
