      Benefits are pretty good here.

      Cons

      Very immature and unethical HR dept. Favoritism and gossip. Upper management picks favorites and conducts crooked behavior towards highly reputable good workers simply from he said/she said. Don't give good raises or recognize good quality employees. Treat good employees distastefully. Company has lost so far, 6 of their top notch employees and about to lose more due to work overload and poor recognition for their work and poor pay. Use and abuse. Very very micro and unethical management and HR. Many unhappy employees.

      Company being destroyed by management

      Pros

      There are not alot of pros any longer. This company is going downhill fast.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, benefits are continually being taken away, CEO is selfish jerk who is slowly putting the same horrible leadership underneath him, managers work long hours and out of touch with reality, company says they are health and safety focused but that is far from the truth.

      Pay is good Some opportunities here and there to learn

      Cons

      -Management is atrocious -No praise for hard work-Its just work work work work and at the end of the day you'll get nasty comments from management hating you for no good reason -The working environment is based on negativity, not a good place to work at -No benefits -Usually always have to work overtime but you will not get paid for it. In this industry people work hard but they are treated as slaves which is very sad considering the wonderful people who get hired into these jobs.
