Lack of leadership and poor communication. There seems to be a lack of vision and structure and a willingness to improve and resource appropriately. A lot of good ideas but theses are ideas are rarely implemented when the true cost comes to fruition! Employees are expected to fill other people roles when they leave just to cut costs! Aging equipment and poor maintenance puts people at risk.

- I’ve seen instances of nepotism and favoritism. - No advocacy for advancement. No one to champion that pursuit. - Needless micromanagement by select members of staff. - How production scheduling is arranged is done without understanding of the obstacles incurred by the production team, so often less efficient approaches are decided upon. Supervisors have little room/authority to deviate or modify for better results, despite being financially incentivized(or penalized) for success or lack thereof.
