Great training and product portfolio. Premium brand and respected in the industry.

Cons

Need to offer huge discounts to remain competitive. Directors are not involved in the field. Constant changed in your territory. Example: half way though the year all your customers could be moved to another person, your area can be changed very quickly and all your business secured by another division or team/person.
