I had an offer and was promised of bonus, but in reality my salary was reduced by 18% In interview they don’t tell you the truce just to make you join and 6 month later you will hit realty Incompetent Team Leaders Once company stop getting the target (which is not reasonable) you are always blamed Managers give promises they cant make I had a manager swearing in Arabic so Indian team members don’t understand what he was calling them

I have best colleague in the world, we share discuses every matter and without them I wouldn’t have lasted all that long

Cons

Top management will punish you if company didn’t get the target no matter how much effort you have put. Salaries are very less even less than what was in my offer letter as they don’t tell you company is not closing. (15% less) If you are a manager you don’t have to walk the talk you just talk talk talk
