      Pros

      work culture is very good and growth is preferred for employees within the company. Thw leave policy and HR policy is also fine. and best is you get a CAR to travel.

      Cons

      not so much of them. The only part to take care is sales team has so many point of contacts which makes it difficult to give full time to family

      Very thorrow interview process with good EXECUTIVE searchfirm hired. Friendly , open and long interviews with several people . Good people , strong culture and values. Teamwork is inportant.

      Cons

      I found it still a bit conservative in terms Of gender and nationality when it comes to management roles. Especially if you are forreigner used to work in a more diverse business.
