      * Consultative sales experience: you understand the customer's need and then you propose a solution, unlike conventional sales approach *Vast experience as you deal across all levels and phases of construction. You will quickly learn the skills of multitasking. *Team-work oriented, everyone feels valued.

      *Salary could be higher. *Sales Targets tend to be extremely challenging for 'Showroom Sales'

      Consolidated organization, global company, with emphasis on technical product sales. The company works hard on organizational behaviour and corporative culture, with slogans, brand logos, and some details that make it a differentiated company with a good environment for working.

      Cons

      Salaries are not as high as they should, considering the high benefits of the company (similar products from other brands costs significantly less). The global company has failed to adapt it´s strategies in some regional markets. For many employees there is a limit in growing inside the company.
