      you will find people gossiping about salary, politics, boot licking etc.

      Cons

      they can hire a fresher as a manager at onsite location to rule over indian labour Either Europe or India, hiring is purely based on approach and referral In India a person has given so much power that he is hiring from his old company at position like architect, lead etc you could be scolded in front of all at floor becuase so called lead's mood was not good(it happened to me) they work like a labour. being a product company they don't have any say in feature development the QA team is pathetic. even 12th class student can test application better than their so called qa engineers

      A lot of investment put into you in terms of training & training days.

      Cons

      - Management always talk about having strong values but do the complete opposite of them. - Micro-management through the salesforce system. - Bonus changed from monthly to quarterly, seemed to be a cost cutting exercise. - Sales targets are ridiculously high now so bonus seems an unrealistic achievement. - Always talk about progressing you onto next role - however, when you feel ready and want to apply they talk you out of it. - If your face fits...you will get a job, regardless whether you are capable of doing it. - There is a lot of talk about 'Diversity & Inclusion', but most people in a high position are white, middle aged males.

      Pros

      Red case (Product) got your foot in the door with customers. Work life balance flexibility. Additional week of annual leave. Most Asms (line managers) great people to work with.

      Cons

      A recent change Of management have ruin what used to be a great Culture. Working at Hilti for 2 years and an experience that started as the best job, turned into the worst job. Core product lines constantly out of stock, causing the customer facing staff to handle the customer abuse with no solution and loss of sales. Company culture is non existent, a consistent amount of negativity amongst the sales team and unhappiness. Remuneration far off the mark of where it needs to be. A promise of big commission and bonus’s to make up the shortfall but it is extremely hard to make these targets. Unless you are in the specific trade code that is doing well. A promise of development and career progression is made to multiple people with many waiting years and years for that next step. Personally I would recommend you continue the job hunt and take a position at another company so you don’t make the same mistake and waste a few years of your life.
