Terrible upper management, some people's only aim is how to ensure that they retire from this organisation by hook or by crook. They conduct anonymous surveys, but managers use them to weaponise against their employees and instead of getting into a conclusion, they focus more on find who rated them low and they just want to hear how they are better managers from their peer.
