Incredibly slow to go anywhere at Heraeus

The Vandalia, OH Heraeus Epurio site is one I would stay away from. The main Epurio site in Germany oversees contain the directors for the company. The German plant produces one main product that accounts for most of their revenue. In contrast, Vandalia is like the Cheesecake Factory, with 100 different SKUs, which makes production, supply chain, and everything else 100 times more difficult. All decisions come from Germany, and in my experience, these decisions are often made to boost their own accomplishments and show everyone how good they are, while patting themselves on the back. In my experience at the Vandalia site, you are nothing more than a warm body, as all decisions come from overseas.
