      This place is an absolute joke.....

      Pros

      None that would be worth taken a job over.

      Cons

      Doese pay enough for the amount of responsibilities you take on. Especially when other employees are stealing from the company and constantly getting promoted. Management knew of this and did nothing about this and seemed to approve of it. Funny how they can say they cant afford of to give me a raise and but can allow another employee steal money in upward of 40,000 a year.

      Pros

      Good industry with potential, OK benefits, forward looking management. Global reach in several important markets. Several locations and multiple lines of business offer a bit of career flexibility.

      Cons

      Family run and owned business limits some potential. Many different divisions offer different culture. There are different management styles among the divisions.

      The work-life balance was great The benefits and pay were good

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, and the site manager has no clue how to manage the facility. The Chandler site is small, so there is not much career growth.
