      Pros

      I feel I can identify with Henkel's goals and feel a generally positive and enthusiastic sentiment from the people working here. The level of trust and responsibility given (both for interns and FTEs) is quite high. So far, I always had the feeling that people are willing to move things, listen to ideas, and want to collaborate. From my experience, Henkel invests a lot in its employees and there is a genuine desire for talent development. I love the lunch & coffee culture we have as it enables greater human connection and knowledge exchange. There is a good reason why people start their career at Henkel and work there their entire life.

      Cons

      Like many big companies, things can be slow-moving and change can be hampered by legacy. From my experience, processes or tasks might have been done in one manner unchanged for a longer time which then takes a lot of effort to enact change. I feel that career and salary progression also follows somewhat predefined paths.
