Strong company values and culture focus: Henkel ´s management board has invested a lot in the cultural ambition which has been playing a key role in the way we work and it is evident how it created a sense of pride in the work. Global exposure: Working with teams across regions provides great learning opportunities and broadens professional perspective. Collaborative culture: Colleagues are supportive and knowledgeable, and cross-functional cooperation is generally encouraged. Career development: There is a great access to internal movement which includes mobility opportunities.

Cons

Work-life balance: Missing. Workload has increased since the pandemic and people resources are very limited. Complex and slow processes: Decision‑making can be slow and sometimes overly complicated. Digital tools are improving but still maturing: Systems are now the trend but there are still inefficiencies that impact daily work.
