We are pleased for you that you have found our team to be “friendly, knowledgeable, and talented” – we are super proud of our brilliant people and we know they make the difference to our clients and to why it is great to work in HKA.
Thank you for challenging the way we communicate. We try to be authentic and communicate as much as we can in a variety of forms from videos, to being live in TownHall meetings and over our intranet and emails. Sounds like we could improve further from the point you have made and we will look to do that.
We are passionate about moving forward with a hybrid model where colleagues can work in our offices and also from home. We see many benefits of being together and yet also providing flexibility for working remotely too.
