      Management still aspires to make the company among the most admired in the location technology space. Highly competent middle management in core functions; highly incompetent executives everywhere else. Meritocracy is not the standard.

      Cons

      Management isn't doing enough to make the company among the most admired in the location technology space. Sales targets are based on imaginary market sizes aimed at justifying costly mini-empires of executives. Board oversight hardly exists, leading one to think that the board actually gets a rush over burning money. Numerous big bets in the past turned out to be failures. New management has found itself with a weak product portfolio and a nebulous road map. Company's now struggling to compete with smaller and nimbler new competitors.
