Good feel to be part of such a big organization Many opportunities to learn and grow in Indian MNC.Supportive management and technical staff. Onsite oppurtunities.

Promote corporate ship and global citizenship Introduce night shift and over time allowance on industry standard.

Really good benefits, some clients will allow home office if needed, nice work environment and nice people.

Cons

Some of the facilities could be better, there are salary raises based on appraisals but don't expect that to be impressive, too many limitations in local dev machines and a really closed network.

Cons
