      Best place to work, if money and work qulity doesn't matter for you.

      Pros

      Comfortable and friendly work environment. Very good balance between work and life. Good onsite opportunities. Good work for support and test engineers.

      Cons

      Poor management. HR, particularly in few BUs are really goosey. They only listen senior managers and for others they become deaf. Average salary. All managers are age old and selfish.

      not many. There seems to be an honest attempt to find good work and be a good place to work, it's just not in the cards to be that good place to work.

      Cons

      No vision, no organization, no direction. 1970s style management approach. This adds up to an environment folks want to flee.

      Excellent for growth with better compensation as per industry standards

      Cons

      Once you are struct with a project, its almost impossible to get release from the project. Its as if you have joined HCL but working on contract basis for that client. Only option to get release is, either degrade your performance or get release from the company....
