      Pros

      1. Provides platform to enrich the employees' career and whole lot of opportunities for knowledge development. 2. Your ideas towards Team/Project/Company's growth are well considered and appreciated. 3. Provides a comfort zone for working and the ability for work life balance. 4. Appraisal purely depends on performance (In most of the cases). 5. Has inverted the pyramid, thereby providing more strength even to people at lower level.

      Cons

      1. Hike percentage may not seem satisfactory. 2. Improper utilization of resources, meaning, not obtaining maximum output out of a resource, which in turn impact resource's development. 3. Fancy policies and strategies in place, such as EFCS, but you actually do not find any difference between other organizations and HCL, at en employee's level.

      agreed to pay relocation fee, but after I joined, when I contact HR about this issue, they never give response didn't get my offer letter after I had worked there for one month when I requested for that, the management is really bad hire a java developer for non programming purpose, it's wasting time working there always try to save money from employees always speaks India dialects with me, I don't know what they are talking about, once one person talked to me : "Do you want to compare with me", really embarrassed to work there
