Pros

Amazing benefits, great working facilities. There are nooks where you can work if you don't want to be at your desk.

Cons

When it comes down to profit, they'll lay off the 10+ year employees who build the company's culture, programs, and products and instead, hire cheaper employees who just got out of college or have less experience. They also say they value diversity and show this by throwing sponsor money at organizations and programs but don't want to give people who go through their apprenticeship programs or HBCU programs an opportunity for work because they don't have enough experience. They provide Coursera certificate programs but will not hire the people full time who go through their own certificate programs.
