      Flat hierarchy Most managers are fair and accessible Allowing for good life-work balance, extra days Fair assessment system/culture Room for individual improvement

      Cons

      There is no perfect workplace as we human beings are not perfect, either. Eg., teams tend to work siloed, is still very US-centric. But is still a great place to work at.
