- Got much worse after Francisco Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital acquired the company - Laid off lots of people - Shifted hiring to cheaper countries

- good salary - no pressure (yet, at least) - good benefits and perks (private healthcare, HO support, cafeteria, office, bike facilities, breakfast etc.) even during probation period - support of full remote work, with option to go into the office

Cons

- development environment setup was a bit cumbersome (but I've seen worse) - a bit convoluted and hard to track technology stack
