      Pros

      wfh, more open communication and some of the best people to work with but culture within company is going downhill and can be improved

      Cons

      layoffs, cancellation of some good benefits, and lack of events and connection, growth opportunities and salary is below the average industry standard

      Stick to a strategy

      Pros

      Great perks, flexible working, some great products that are always being worked on and improved.

      Cons

      Ridiculous targets with no proper strategy or investment to back it up or make it in any way achievable. Rolling rounds of layoffs and budget cuts. Teams are siloed and often no clear answers as to who owns what. Strategy and focus changes at the drop of a hat, meaning there is no continuity or opportunity for things to gain momentum.
