      Turning into a short sided company

      Pros

      The new office space and location in Boston is great. Company offers free lunches once a month, offer up some beers late on Friday, and snacks / drinks galore. They also try to give back to the community with different charitable events.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is more focused on short term quarterly results than the long term results. Decisions take too long to make, even within a given team. Culture is changing for the negative with lots of new outsiders coming in. Company has too many layers and VPs, slowing things down.

      Pros

      Employee focused environment with amazing philosophy and innovative products. Many of my team have been promoted from the inside with huge opportunity to work and learn alongside the best and finest in the industry. LogMeIn has been around for more than 10 years and its reputation, growth and services continue to climb. I cannot recommend enough for anyone looking to work in IT in an international company with awesome office locations is Boston MA, Sydney, Dublin, London and Budapest.
