Very good app! (but LiteManager can more)

Great app, very fast and useful, but i need screenrecord like in LiteManager. TV is not free for business use, liteManager Free provide free remote access for 30 PC.

Cons

-Inept middle management -Invisible customer: huge gap between development and requirement -Big differences between teams -"Enterprise technologies" - glacial, obsolete, boring technology -No perspective, future plans are murky -Force fed agile/scrum, "scrum or die" attitude, management drank the scrum kool aid -Twisting agile, forecfully bending the process, made up roles

Pros

Great company with tons of opportunity to prove yourself, get noticed and move up. Extremely smart people all around. Managers are willing to help out and get your moving forward in your career path.

Cons

Company culture is probably not for everyone. It's important that you can be assertive and move projects forward if you're in marketing or product or they might get bottlenecked due to the number of people trying to push work through. Would be great to have a matching 401K.

Pros

The most people come here, because the considerably high compensations in Hungary. If you're talkative, you can easily get in touch with a few talented engineers.

Cons

Nobody cares about your personal development, so you have to be a pushy person to build a career here. The technologies being used here ancient. The management doesn't give a damn about the estimation and the process, if they DO NEED something, you'll do it, no matter what.
