      +Great work atmosphere with young, dynamic workforce. +Management is highly engaged and determined to drive growth and sustainability +Good office space with collaborative space

      Cons

      +Need to be as transparent as possible with decisions, whether good or bad. +Sometimes so much focus on prepping for board meetings and business reviews that it gets in the way of executing on business strategy.

      Pros

      A good company with great culture. Lot of clever people and real-life problems to create software solutions for. Perfect location, nice office.

      Cons

      There are no real cons. Of course some people find this place less atractive because of the team they work in or because of the technology stack they have to use, but this does not happen too frequently. People have the freedom at LogMeIn to influence decisions for the common good!
