      Pros

      Great company with room to grow, especially if you are base in Boston. Great and smart people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Big difference between HQ's and the rest in terms of career path and company culture. Depending where you are, you will be happy or not that much.

      - Very smart, dedicated, and fun individuals on your team. In sales people are competitive in a healthy and collaborative way instead of being cutthroat. - LMI is growing exponentially and this has resulted in tons of opportunity within the organization and managers take active interest in helping individuals progress and achieve their career goals. - Amazing location, goes without saying. - Great and easy-to-understand compensation plans for sales

      Cons

      There are always going to be growing pains operationally whenever a company grows at the rate that LMI has been. Communication between the different business units can be problematic at times; however, there is definitely awareness of this at the top and efforts for improvement. That being said, when issues are identified within LMI, responses and solutions are always swift.
