      Offer great bonuses semi-annually Invest a lot in their offices and employees Host lots of events for the employees Pay was competitive

      Cons

      Growing fast, could use some work on integration Based out of Boston, tough to work with sometimes if you're not in the main location.

One example is hosting our company all-hands meetings in different time zones so employees do not have to tune in outside of traditional office hours.
