      Engineer? Don't get fooled by the perks!!

      Pros

      Big company, some perks are pretty cool, trying hard to be a good place to work.

      Cons

      No oversight into middle management. My manager is a complete jerk and I have little recourse. Been working there for 1 month and already regret my decision. The company as whole tries to look like a great, hip place, but it really doesn't matter if your super is an idiot. The benefits and $$ are on par, if not a little behind the Boston area, but I got wooed by the hip image...that was a BIG mistake.

      innovative atmosphere, challengfull opportunitites, lot of events e.g meetups

      Cons

      increasingly organization changes with lack of communication with human resource, and sometimes human resource or your management don't care your situation during changes and you easily can be on danger side and back-stabbed. Sometimes doesn't important your current skills than your familiars or friends

      Pros

      Nurturing, offers various self-improvement trainings. Budget for conferences and workshops. Office is at a great location and is a nice building. Cool company-wide events and you get to travel sometimes.

      Cons

      Starting your carreer at LogMeIn without significant experience may lead to salary increment unmatching to your growth. LogMeIn offers high salaries to the somewhat experienced (you don't have to be super talented), it's best if you gain traction elsewhere before joining the company.
