      Pros

      Management was enthusiastic and supportive of my career goals. I felt LMI as an organization cared about me as an employee. Plus, free gourmet coffee is cool.

      Cons

      The merger was a bumpy ride, but I left in the early stages of it, so I don't know how it went long term.

      Professional people, great products, little too corporate.

      Pros

      I have the opportunity to work with very talented people and on really good products. Change is constant but quite well communicated, and mid-management seems capable and passionate. Office environments and tech are great and the benefits package is decent. Work/Life balance and culture looks fine (need more time to tell).

      Cons

      Some things are over-managed and very _corporate_ which often leads to unnecessary waste of time. There's a sizeable gap between the offices in Boston and Budapest (communication, information, collaboration). Quite bad mood around old products.
