      Pros

      •Very people focused with a great culture within the organisation. •Pay & Commission structure generally up to par or above market average •Benefits (gym, fitness classes, light breakfast, health insurance, massage...) •Office space is amazing •Events/socials in office

      Cons

      •Teams might feel a bit siloed at times, not necessarily a bad thing but could foster more collaboration with other sales teams. •No Lunch

      Really solid engineering culture

      Pros

      - Talented engineering team but also humble - Minimal BS, teams work very well together - Always improving ability to make decisions based on real customer data and feedback - Remote culture isn't just discussed, it's really embraced

      Cons

      - At the time we were part of Citrix which was fine but never seemed like a really close fit (never worked on any projects with other parts of Citrix) - Being remote from the main division HQ (Santa Barbara) meant we were a bit of an island; probably reduced ability to grow or get promoted
