Pros

the culture is great - very can-do, positive, growth oriented, collaborative. The exec team legitimately cares about creating a culture that attracts motivated, talented, and happy people. Tons of resources, great offices, great people. I've not been here long, but compared to my experience at other companies, this is a fantastic place to work.

Cons

everyone is still adjusting to a new org structure, so things are like a well oiled machine, but that makes it feel like a much smaller company

- good work environment - management is good and open to suggestions - recently merged with Citrix and doing well

Cons

- salary is not competitive enough - there is no ESPP option for all employees - needs revision on bonus structure
