      Pros

      Fast paced fun environment that challenges younger employees to thrive in organization poised for substantial growth. Amazing training and development programs to help build product knowledge and build sales skill set.

      Cons

      Still finding it's way after the merger. Not a lot of movement upward movement being offered in SB offices. Open sales/ AM positions are few and far between.

      Merger made company volatile and things are up in question.

      Clicky and feels like high school.
