      The people are great, the culture is great, don't require you to deal with threatening or offensive customers, incentive for learning and cisco certs Great place to start in the tech fields especially networking,

      Cons

      Pay is quite low for mid to higher end tech support reps.

      Unbelievable culture

      Pros

      I am relatively new to LogMeIn but so far I have been overwhelmed by the positive culture here. Everyone has welcomed me with open arms and genuinely wants to help. The company really looks after its employees, with a whole host of different initiatives to recognise and reward contribution and also promote wellness and development – as well as having fun. Including hosting monthly professional development seminars, regular 'community lunches', CSR days through our 'Mission Possible' team and numerous social activities. Not to mention all the free food - breakfast, snacks and fruit are provided every day, along with lots of other treats. I am excited about the journey ahead

      You get opportunity to work on Latest technologies. Nice Perks, food, snacks. Flexible timings, WFH, Good Salary, Talented people are around

      Cons

      Not much recognition/appreciation awards. Less focus to India office. Gym could have been provided.
